| Our first attempt at a non-grape wine has been fun and successful. The apple wine still holds flavors of tart granny smith apples accentuated by coconut. This wine also has a small amount of residual sugar, which softens it for a great summertime wine. | This is a variation of our apple wine which has been lightly spiced with cinnamon and cloves. This combination, along with the residual sugar, creates a fun and tasty wine that has just the right amount of spices to create a great fall-winter wine served cold or warm. |
