Our dry Pinot Gris is a medium-full bodied white wine with a slight pink tone. The flavor of this wine is dominated by pear and melon with a hint of honey. |

This is a slightly softer and sweeter version of our dry Pinot Gris. This wine has the same medium-full body texture and fruit overtones with a hint of oak. This is all complimented by a small amount (less than ½ %) of residual sugar, which softens the acidity of this crisp wine. |

Iridescence

Our blush wine is a marriage of the French hybrid grape, Vidal Blanc, with standard vinifera grapes, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. Iridescence is a refreshing wine, with lively floral and fruit aromas. This drier blush, with only 1% residual sugar, has a lighter body and a crisp finish. It is best served chilled and pairs nicely with soft cheeses, flaky white fish and sushi. |

Apple

Our first attempt at a non-grape wine has been fun and successful. The apple wine still holds flavors of tart granny smith apples accentuated by coconut. This wine also has a small amount of residual sugar, which softens the finish for a great everyday wine. |

Blanc Franc |
|
These grapes were harvested two weeks before the other Cabernet Franc grapes, then crushed and pressed within 24 hours after crush to limit the contact between the juice and red skins. The result is a white wine with soft fruity flavors and, with about 1½ % residual sugar, a soft sweet finish. |

Iridescence |

Iridescence is a refreshing wine, with lively floral and fruit aromas like our drier version. However, this blend has 3% residual sugar which highlights fruit tones and has a softer body. It is best served chilled, makes an excellent aperitif and pairs nicely with salty foods such as blue cheese, tapenade and olives. |

This light, crisp Syrah is an aromatic wine which presents with strong aromas of vanilla and cedar. It then finishes with the distinctive spicy scent of white pepper. The clean finish shows hints of tart plum. This wine will continue to soften over time, showing best during the fall of 2010 through the winter of 2012. |
